SLE with PREGNANCY

History
History of present illness:
I am pregnant with SLE I suffer from hypertension & high blood urea 103mg/dl +high blood uric acid 8.1mg/dl while creatinine 0.91mg/dl & lupus anticoagulant +ve(44.1)sec and anticardiolipin IgM ,IgG are -ve Iam pregnant at 15 weeks ,during 1st 12 weeks I was taking ( NORVASC 10 mg )but my blood pressure was verv high 170/110 mmhg i.e.uncontrolled so my doctor gave me TRITACE 5 mg (ramipril) which is contraindicated during pregnancy . what do you think about taking ALDOMET by an SLE patient? Does it induce SLE or activate ? Does TRITACE safe to be used in a case like me? THANKS FOR YOUR CONCERN

Medical History:
I was married since 3 years ,I got pregnant but it was still born at 28 weeks then after 8 months I got pregnant again and it was born at 29 weeks (I made some effort)it was premature (800 gm) after my 1st pregnancy I suffered from hypertension & I was taking norvasc 10 mg & Tenormin 100 mg per day during 2nd pregnancy &giving birth I took Tritace 5mg & my blood pressure was controlled

Kenacort(triamcinolone) 12 mg /day
Aspocid (acetylsalicylate) 75 mg /day
Tritace (ramipril) 5 mg /day
Calheparin (heparin calcium) 5000 I.U.daily
Nitromack retard (nitroglycerin) 2.5 mg /day
Norvasc (amilodipine) 5 mg /day


Family history:
no inherited dieseases

Social history:
I work as a pharmacist , 28 years old , married since 3 years with moderate social situation .
