History
History of present illness:
Suffering from 2 years.Before that he was quite ok.He felt chronic discomfort & spasm in the abdomen,specially lower abdomen.As well as he has continuous disentry & need to go to the toilet frequently.

Medications:
Take Ciprofloxacin, Metronidazole, trimebutein maleate, Amitryptyline

Family history:
No


Physical Exam
Temperature:
Normal

Heart rate:
75/min

Blood pressure:
120/70

Respiratory rate:
Normal

Problems:
IBS & Chronic dysentery along with general weakness, poor appetite.

His medication of anticholinergs wll also slow down his peristaltics and cause gas formation in his transverse colon turnings and further intestinal congestion.
