baby with developmental delay

Age: 14 mths
Sex: Female
Race: caucasion

History of present illness:
significant developmental delay, hair that is breaking off, unusually long eyebrows and lashes, no muscle tone, no protective parachute reflexes, buttress response is weak, hands fisted all the time, cannot sit up, reflux, stares as in a state of trans, no words spoken, cannot crawl, toes curled, cannot hold a bottle, low cooper in blood test, high biotin in blood test,hypotonia,teeth stopped growing. please help if you have any possibilities. Medical History:
Mother had normal pregnancy with minor spotting in the first trimester, 2 miscarriages prior to this pregnancy . Taryn was born c-section due to mother with genital herpes

Past surgical history:


zantac, metoclopram

Family history:
father with gerd

Social history:
smiles all the time ,very happy child,

Physical Exam
cold alot of the time

This may be case of Menke disease which is a metabolic desease that could be treated with copper supplement.
