Age: 47
Sex: Female

History
History of present illness:
the condition started with discharge from the left breast , cytology -ve for malegnancy mamography rt breast cyst, lt breast macrocalcifications duct ectesia, major duct ecision was done , pathology was focl insitu change, duct ectesia, invasive terminal duct and lobular ca. G2. left modifiied radical mastectomy was don with axilary evacuation , the pathology was extinsive insitu ductal and lobular carcinoma with only microscopic foci of invasive cancer LN 0/12 ER, PR +veHer2/neu -ve , she is premenopausal, no definitive mass was felt or found from the start or during the operation. NOW is she a candidate for radiotherapy or systemic chemotherapy. NB she is now under tamxifen therapy
