History
History of present illness:
the patient is type 2 D.M (contolled by Amaryl)with moderate splenomegally was investigated by (ESR is normal ,CBC is normal ,LFT IS NORMAL,KFT is normal,LDH>910 ,normal PT and PTT,CT shows moderate splenomegally with multiple splenic masses largest one is 4,5 4,and visible enlarged porta hepatis lymph node with moderate liver cirrhosis,splenic mass biopsy showed non hodjkin lymphoma small cell type , the physician said that he needs urgent splenectomy .Is that agood solution?
